Many of you may have a phone but it is not tied to a cell provider. Therefore, you can only get email, texts or talk when your phone is linked to WiFi. The problem here is that you need to know where and how you can connect. I also want to be sensitive to the fact that you may need to hang around that spot for 5 or 10 minutes while you take care of business. So, the spots below should allow you to do that. The speed is not going to be great, but it’ll be good enough for email, text and probably talk.
