VBH is a unique organization that specializes in helping Vets navigate the complex benefits to which they are entitled. But they are really more than that. They are truly a bridge from life in service to your country to civilian life. It doesn’t matter if you left the service last week, last month or 10 years ago. They are there for you.
If you’re a homeless Vet and found it difficult to get the help you need, the kind folks at VBH should be your next stop.
If you’re a case manager or care navigator nobody knows how to take care of vets like VBH. Collaborate with, or refer-to someone at VBH. They have wraparound programs for housing and employment that most of your regular cases couldn’t touch. They take regular referrals from Roof Above, Crisis Assistance Ministry, Block Love and NCcare360. So the chances are very good that your referral will be welcome there.
You and/or your client can connect with them in multiple ways.
