The Medical, Substance Abuse and Mental Health resources are such an important tool for case-managers in the fight against homelessness. It’s all too obvious that those resources need their own section. The list below is in alphabetical order, but the Substance Abuse and MH Resource Database is at the top of the list. We’ve visited most of these so click on the links to get our info about what they do and how their intake works
