New Resource Guide for Case Managers 11/13
Based on a group session at the end of the last CoC meeting, a Resource Guide for Case Managers of the most active Substance Abuse Disorder and Mental Health treatment centers in Charlotte was created.

C.A.R.E.S. has a great program that has created a better/kinder interface between CMPD and Charlotte’s homeless population
Resource Maps 10/29
We have mapped all the providers on Meck’s Resource Guide. There are two maps, one simple one advanced. Use one or both, whatever works for you.
We have started our AI Chatbot to answer resource questions 10/5
We are building and training our own OpenAI Assistant. It’s a long iterative process of feeding the enough of the “right” info to give case-workers and homeless individuals helpful answers. Keep in mind that it’s still in the early stages of being trained but feel free to give it a try here
Digital County “Resource Guide” 9/4
Thanks to a cooperative effort between Mecklenburg County and CLThomeless, we have created a digital version of the Resource Guide. This one has web links for every entry and you can use it on your phone.
