Another Chance House of Refuge is an 12 month program available to both men and women who want to change their lives. There are rules regarding behavior and financial commitment. Once accepted, residents are expected to pay a $300 non-refundable admin setup fee and $800/month in rent. ($700 if you share a room) They have one house for men and one house for women.
Here is a partial list of the rules.
- weekly chore sheet
- attend a monthly house meeting
- assigned to a clothes-washing day of the week
- curfew of 11:30 during the week and 12:30a on Fri & Sat
- no drugs
